Otis the otter is an adorable friend who loves to explore all that's around him. With adventure in his heart, he wanders throughout the forest, meets new friends, and certainly makes his presence known! As all the forest animals observe his curious activities, they all can't help but ask the same question: "Did you notice Otis today?"
