Load Galley Stories originates from the heights of the performance stage. While captivating characters steal the show down below, the behind-the-scenes magic up above brings in jaw-dropping visuals and stellar lighting. The load galley, sitting over the stage, gives stage hands the means of moving weight to various battens. These battens flying in and out on stage help to shine the spotlight on the story below, delivering one-of-a-kind shows to the audience.
Inspired by this unique structure of the performance stage, Load Galley Stories desires to shine the spotlight on stories that inspire imagination in the minds of little souls everywhere. We hope to be a blessing to all that take a seat and experience the magic through our memorable characters and wholesome life lessons.

With a desire to create wholesome stories and lifelong memories for families, Colton founded Load Galley Stories to do just that. Looking out at the children’s book landscape, he saw the need for memorable stories that taught life lessons to young hearts and minds. With the help of talented illustrators and other amazing storytellers, Colton prays that Load Galley Stories will touch souls and bring families together one tale at a time.
